Manage what meetings Garba should join

Automatic Meeting Invitations

If your calendar is synced with Garba, it will automatically be invited to meetings that include external guests.

Manually Inviting Garba

If you haven’t synced your calendar, you can manually invite Garba to a specific meeting.

Viewing Scheduled Meetings

To check which meetings Garba is set to join:

1. Navigate to Upcoming Meetings

2. View the calendar to see scheduled recordings

Preventing Garba from Joining a Meeting

If Garba is set to join a meeting but you don’t want it to record, simply toggle off the "Record Meeting" switch next to that meeting.

This ensures you have full control over which meetings are recorded!
