How document knowledge works in AskGarba
When you add documents to Garba, AskGarba can use their content to answer questions, explain concepts, and provide guidance based on your own materials. This is especially useful for internal documentation, policies, guides, and presentations.
Uploading documents
To upload documents, go to:
https://app.garba.ai/setup/documents
From there, you can upload a variety of file types, including:
PDF files
Word documents
PowerPoint presentations
Other common document formats
Once uploaded, documents are processed automatically and made available for use in AskGarba.
Referencing documents
To reference a document while chatting with AskGarba:
Open a chat in AskGarba.
Type @ to open the context menu.
Start typing the name of the document you want to use.
Select the document from the list.
AskGarba will then use the selected document as context when generating its response.
