Garba can now ingest and process phone calls recorded in HubSpot Calls, just like any other conversation you’re already tracking in Garba.
A HubSpot admin should go to Account Settings.
Scroll down to Import HubSpot Calls.
Enable the integration.
Once enabled, Garba will automatically import and process all calls from the last 30 days, and continue to process new calls going forward.
Create custom summary templates to tailor insights from sales or success calls.
Use playbooks to standardize follow-ups and ensure consistency across teams.
