With Playbooks, you can analyze any meeting against the criteria that matter most to your team. Whether you’re following a proven sales methodology (MEDDIC, BANT), applying your company’s custom framework, or experimenting with new campaigns, Playbooks let you create tailored scorecards for consistent coaching and insights.
Consistency – Every rep is evaluated the same way, against the same criteria.
Flexibility – Build as many scorecards as you need for different teams, campaigns, or sales motions.
Coaching alignment – Keep feedback tied directly to your methodology so reps know exactly where to improve.
Visibility – Track performance across teams and spot patterns over time.
Go to Playbooks settings in Garba.
Click New Playbook.
Choose a framework:
Select from common templates like MEDDIC or BANT.
Or start from scratch to design your own.
Rearrange or remove prompts to fit your preferred order.
Add custom prompts by clicking + Prompt. (See Tips for creating prompts below.)
Choose which team(s) and, optionally, which meeting types the Playbook should apply to.
Test your Playbook:
Click the Play button at the top of the page.
Select a previously recorded meeting to run it against.
Once applied, every meeting that matches your Playbook’s team and meeting type settings will display a scorecard, making it easy to identify strengths, gaps, and coaching opportunities.
All Playbook prompts are evaluated on a Yes / Partially / No scale. Write prompts as questions that can be answered within this framework.
Good prompt: “Did the salesperson inquire about the budget?”
Bad prompt: “How many seats is the client interested in?”
