Once Garba is connected to HubSpot CRM, meeting summaries will automatically sync to the relevant HubSpot records.
Garba checks if any meeting attendees have corresponding records in HubSpot CRM.
If a match is found, the meeting summary is automatically synced to their HubSpot contact record.
If the contact is linked to a deal, the summary will be attached to the most recently created deal associated with them.
The synced meeting summary contains:

๐ฅ Attendee Information โ Details about participants who have HubSpot records.
Log into HubSpot CRM.
Go to the contact record of the meeting participant.
The meeting summary will be available under the Notes or Activities section.
You can also click the link in Garbaโs meetings view to go directly to the synced CRM record.
If a summary isnโt syncing correctly:
โ Check the HubSpot integration โ Ensure itโs active and properly authorized. If you're unsure, ask your account admin to verify the integration settings.
โ Verify attendee records โ Make sure attendees have existing HubSpot contacts.
